Editable versions of the resources are provided solely to allow the purchasing school to adapt materials to meet the needs of their students. These editable files remain the intellectual property of ELITE and may not be shared externally under any circumstances.
A mandatory Zoom consultation will be arranged with the school prior to the release of the digital files to ensure correct implementation and proper use of the materials. By proceeding with the purchase, the school agrees to these conditions and acknowledges that all editable content is supplied strictly under this licence.
Schools have a 48-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. After this period, all orders become non-refundable, as resources are custom-prepared and tailored specifically for the purchasing school.
Once production has begun, the school accepts that all materials, digital files, and branded content are created to order and therefore cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
By completing the purchase, the school agrees to these terms in full.

All ELITE materials, including our trademarked logo, branding, curriculum resources, and digital content, are protected intellectual property. By purchasing any ELITE package, schools agree that the logo must be used appropriately when promoting student work produced through the programme, ensuring clear attribution to ELITE. All resources are licensed solely for use within the purchasing school and may not, under any circumstances, be shared, copied, distributed, or made accessible to any other school, organisation, company, or external party. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of ELITE materials constitutes a breach of our licensing terms and may result in legal action.
